The Caesar receives Silver Award
Visit England, the body in charge of regulating accommodation star ratings and quality, has awarded the Derby Hotels Collection hotel The Caesar 4 stars for the third year running, along with a Silver Award. The Caesar in one of five London hotels to receive this award.
The Gold and Silver Awards are given for excellence in categories defined by the organisation and assessed by a mystery guest. Exceptional quality must be proven in all key areas identified by consumers as important. The areas scrutinised are cleanliness, hospitality, guest rooms, service, bathrooms and food. The Caesar received the highest mark for quality and a high score for service and hospitality. The inspector undertaking the assessment stated that ‘undoubtedly the attitude of staff, their warmth and kindness is the high point of this well-run hotel’.
