The Urban invites locals and visitors to enjoy 360º views from its Terrace, with its proposal Mordiscos by CEBO, cocktails and live music.
Madrid, May 29, 2024.- The Hotel Urban 5*GL inaugurates the summer season with the opening of its Terrace, el Cielo del Urban, a rooftop inspired by a paradisiacal environment in the heart of the spanish capital. This season, the Urban maintains its gastronomic proposal 'Mordiscos by CEBO' and incorporates as a novelty the live DJ sessions during the weekends.
La Terraza del Urban is one of the rooftops where you can breathe Madrid. Open to locals and visitors, the Urban invites all passers-by to enjoy the 360º views from its rooftop, located on the sixth floor, with views of Madrid's main streets such as Alcalá Street, Gran Vía and in the background, the Retiro. The visit to the Urban Terrace can be completed with an informal proposal designed for sharing signed by Michelin-starred chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo; signature cocktails designed for all palates and live DJ sessions on weekends. Mordiscos by CEBO at the Urban's Sky Terrace
Enjoying CEBO's bites outdoors is possible at the Urban's Terrace. Michelin-starred chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo propose an informal concept for guests and clients to enjoy CEBO's cuisine on the Urban's Terrace.
CEBO's menu is composed of proposals to share, based on appetizers among which you can't miss its Joselito ham and sheep's milk croquette, chosen as 'The Best Croquette 2021 by Cañitas Mate'. Mouthfuls of the Sea such as Mini hotdog of octopus a feira and homemade kimchee or the traditional Squid Bocata with garlic emulsion. From the Earth, with dishes like Rock & Roll of beef rib and chipotle mayo or Mollete of smoked pastrami, havarti and truffle. And sweeter bites, among which you can taste its Cacao en potencia or its refreshing red fruit Polo.
Cocktails at Cielo de Madrid
As a novelty, the Urban incorporates in its menu a Spritz section, with a variety of cocktails for all palates. Paloma Spritz, with tequila, cava, grapefruit and agave or Press Spritz, based on gin, cava, lemon, vanilla and soda.
La Terraza del Urban offers a wide range of cocktails to enjoy every day of the week. In this summer season, the Urban elaborates signature cocktails such as Aviation, made with gin, maraschino liqueur, créme de violette and lemon juice; Mai Tai, based on rum, curaçao, almond and lime juice; Long Island Ice Te, with vodka, white rum, triple dry and gin, or Naked and Famous, based on mezcal, Chartreuse amarillo, Aperol and lime juice.
In addition, the Terrace offers a Mocktails proposal, with tropical flavors such as Pineapple and Coconut or Fresh Summer, made with strawberry puree, cranberry juice and orange.
Live DJ sessions
Live DJ sessions are the stars of the Urban Terrace this season. They can be enjoyed on Fridays and Saturdays from 20:00h to 00:00h with a cocktail or informal snack while the sun goes down in Madrid.

La Terraza del Urban is now in its 20th year as a reference point for summer nights in the capital. Located on the sixth floor, overlooking the Barrio de los Austrias, Madrid's most famous streets such as Alcalá, Gran Vía and in the background, the Retiro, the Urban Terrace is a meeting point for locals and visitors.
