Bites by CEBO at the Urban Sky
After the successful reopening of the CEBO restaurant under the direction of the chefs Revelation of Madrid Fusion 2021, comes “Mordiscos by CEBO“. Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo propose a more informal concept to enjoy this gastronomic project.
The new tapas menu at La Terraza del Urban is a selection of accessible and easy-to-share dishes. Snacks, with suggestions such as The Best Croquette of the World 2021 by Cañitas Maite. From the Seas, with innovations like the Mini hotdog of Galician-style octopus with homemade kimchee. From the Countryside, with dishes such as Classic Pork cheek Stew Savarin Brioche and tartare sauce, or its Smoked Pastrami muffin. As well as Sweeties, among which you can taste its already famous Cocoa in Power.

La Terraza del Urban celebrates 19 years in the city as a reference during summer nights. It is located on the sixth floor of the Hotel Urban 5* GL, with a design inspired by nature. The views of the rooftops of the historical Habsburgs Madrid make it an iconic meeting point in the city.
In addition to the new tapas menu at La Terraza del Urban, there is also an extensive cocktail menu. Taste classics such as Caipirinha, Piña Colada or Mojito, and less known mixes such as a Singapore Sling, a Tom Collins, or Porn Star Martini. It also offers non-alcoholic cocktails such as Florida 0.0, based on orange juice, grapefruit, lemon and soda, and its Mojito 0.0.
