In addition to the activities of the platillos route, gourmet menus and signature sandwiches, this edition adds creative pastries; a new proposal that elevates with a sweet touch this rendezvous to share with family and friends.

Gourmet Menu at La Terraza del Claris
Immerse yourself in an exceptional culinary experience! La Terraza del Claris offers a menu that captures the essence of seasonal cuisine with quality products.
The Passeig de Gourmets menu includes wild sea bass carpaccio, fresh broad beans and citrus fruits as an appetizer, followed by Foie cream with lacquered duck wing, sticky barnacle rice, 24-hour confit beef shank with bone marrow sauce, and for dessert, sweet mushrooms.
The price of the menu is €55 and includes an Estrella Damm beer, a glass of Cava or Royal Bliss. You can also choose an exclusive pairing of Cavas for €70. Available every day of the festival, at midday and in the evening.

Signature sandwiches on the rooftop of the Hotel Claris
This proposal from Passeig de Gourmets is designed for those who are hungry, but have little time to eat. For just €9, treat your palate to a delicious hot dog with crispy suckling pig, smoked yolk, chipotle mayonnaise and fried piparra (fried pepper).
